FEST3D Examples

Examples are provided for the three main features in FEST3D: EM analysis, design and high power analysis.

All computational times have been obtained with a Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.83 GHz processor with 1GB of RAM.
- For analysis, the computational time is divided in two: the frequency-independent and the frequency-dependent parts. The frequency-independent part is done before entering in the frequency loop whereas for The frequency-dependent part the simulation time is provided per frequency point (fp).

- For Design, the main synthesis features of FEST3D are presented by means of four examples providing also the full required simulation time for performing the synthesis procedure (which performs intermediate full-wave simulation for small corrections) and the final full-wave analysis of the full structure.

- For high power, examples of the computation of the EM fields and on multipactor and corona discharge analysis are presented.
